Group Student Policy
Monthly Tuition is due on the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on when you started your first class.
Full month dues are to be paid whether you attend 1 class or 12 classes per month.
If you know that you will not be attending classes for a period of 14 days or more, please provide Sifu with a written notice or send an email to Sifu@WahLumAcademy.com so that you will not be charged for the time not attending class.
All tuition payment is non-refundable. Pre-paid tuition can be deferred with advance notice if student must take a leave of absence for good reasons.
There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks.
All weapons must be purchased through the Academy if you wish to learn a weapon form.
Follow the schedule for classes and open practice times. This is to ensure that every member will receive quality time.
When private lessons are being taught, keep noise and activity to a minimum.
